    EN 10269 Grade X19CrMoNbVN11-1 (1.4913) Fasteners are advanced martensitic stainless steel fasteners with niobium and vanadium additions providing superior high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance up to 600°C, used in modern steam turbine bolting and ultra-supercritical power plant applications.

All appropriate precautions are to be taken to avoid the addition of such elements from scrap and other materials used in production which would impair mechanical properties and the usefulness of the steel.
    • b A controlled sulphur content of 0,015 % to 0,030 % improves the machinability and is therefore recommended and may be agreed at time of enquiry and order. For weldability, a controlled sulphur content of 0,008 % to 0,030 % is recommended and may be agreed at time of enquiry and order.
    • c For requirements regarding magnetic properties up to a maximum of 0,28 % C.
