ISO 4032 Nuts Standard
Standard Hexagon Nuts Built to ISO 4032 Dimensions from EN 10269 Heat-Resistant Steel Grades
ISO 4032 nuts are standard hexagon nuts dimensioned for consistent interchangeability with mating bolts and studs across general engineering and high-performance industrial applications. When manufactured from EN 10269 alloy and heat-resistant steels, they sustain proof loads and clamping values at temperatures where standard carbon steel nuts would soften, relax, or seize against the bolt thread. These nuts are the standard mating component for ISO 4017 bolts and are widely specified alongside DIN 2510 studs, DIN 939 studs, and DIN 938 studs in flanged joint assemblies for power generation, refinery process equipment, and high-pressure steam systems. Torqbolt produces each batch with full mill test certificates confirming chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat treatment condition.
