High-Pressure Flange Stud Assemblies Engineered for Power Generation and Process Industry Service
DIN 2510 studs define a complete bolting system for high-pressure flanged joints, covering studs, heavy hex nuts, and washers that work together as a unified assembly. These studs are engineered for high-temperature service environments such as steam turbines, boiler flanges, and critical pressure pipelines where standard fasteners would fail to sustain the required clamping load over time. Torqbolt manufactures DIN 2510 studs from EN 10269 alloy and heat-resistant steel grades, including 25CrMo4, 21CrMoV5-7, and X22CrMoV12-1, each selected based on the specific temperature and pressure rating of the application. The assemblies are completed with matching ISO 4032 nuts, and where individual stud types are required separately, DIN 939 studs and DIN 938 studs are available as standalone options with full EN 10269 material traceability.
