    EN 10269 NiCr15Fe7TiAl (2.4669) Fasteners

Age-Hardened Nickel-Chromium Superalloy Bolts, Stud Bolts, Screws, Nuts & Washers in EN 10269 NiCr15Fe7TiAl (2.4669)

EN 10269 NiCr15Fe7TiAl (2.4669) Fasteners are age-hardened nickel-chromium superalloy fasteners equivalent to Nimonic 90, offering superior creep rupture strength, excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 920°C, used in gas turbine blading bolts, aerospace fastening, and critical ultra-high-temperature industrial pressure bolting applications.

    • a Elements not listed in this table may not be intentionally added to the steel without the agreement of the purchaser except for finishing the cast. All appropriate precautions are to be taken to avoid the addition of such elements from scrap and other materials used in production which would impair mechanical properties and the usefulness of the steel.
    • b A controlled sulphur content of 0,015 % to 0,030 % improves the machinability and is therefore recommended and may be agreed at time of enquiry and order. For weldability, a controlled sulphur content of 0,008 % to 0,030 % is recommended and may be agreed at time of enquiry and order.
